Fr Viktor is an ortodox priest, situated in Kiev, Ukraine. He was elected in to the prevoius steering committe. During its time the war in Ukraine started. But Fr Viktor still wanted to continue his work for IPCA Europe. His prime focus in the previous committee was to help our eastern european collegues to get to know IPCA and how we can help each other us a network. Dispite the war and his work as a priest in his congregation and in prisons, he still wanted to continue this work. As much as possible.
